What We Do
ApconiX are experts in cardiac and CNS electrophysiology, target safety assessments and in all aspects of nonclinical toxicology and DMPK, supporting drug discovery and development. ApconiX has over 100 scientists who will provide the advice you need, at the right time to make better decisions, from project initiation to worldwide market approval .
Our lab team conduct hERG and CiPA cardiac screening assays and support companies in both nonclinical and clinical development with an innovative in vitro seizure liability assay (iSLA®) assay. We continue to research areas of efficacy and safety in the CNS.
The ApconiX Safety Science Team combines toxicology expertise and advanced data science, offering customized Acuity® target, modality or asset focused reports and will support you in understanding and optimizing project safety profiles.
Our consultancy team will provide support in designing overall safety strategies and studies including working with CROs and regulatory agencies.
